Chad A. Sullivan (nurse-attorney) received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in 2001. As a law student, he received the CALI Award in Copyright, Trademarks, and Intellectual Property, and appeared on the Chancellor's list in 2000 and 2001. He was also recognized in Who's Who Among American Law Students in 2000 and 2001.

Prior to entering law school, Chad attended McNeese State University, where in 1997 he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating Cum Laude. He also obtained membership to Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society of Nursing, while at McNeese State University. He remains a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Louisiana.  He is a frequent guest lecturer to the senior nursing students at McNeese State University and other nursing programs in the state of Louisiana.  He is also an adjunct faculty member for the LSU Paralegal program. 

He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
