Tori S. Bowling received her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in May of 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communication, with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business administration, from Louisiana State University.
During law school, Tori was vice-president of the 2004 Moot Court Board and a finalist in the 2004 Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court competition. From 2003-2005, Tori competed nationally as part of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center's Environmental Moot Court Team. In 2004, this team was a national finalist in Pace University's Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York. Currently, she is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
